The Sunday Telegraph can reveal a twodrink alcohol limit was placed on the show's cast during filming, a move which has left it more family friendly than it's UK counterparts Geordie Shore and The Only Way Is Essex.
But producers have promised the series will have enough drama and controversy to keep people watching.
"People will want to drink to not feel nervous, but we're doing it with our friends and our mates." The 26yearold, who refers to herself as the "mama" of local Cronulla eatery Beach Burrito, dates a surfer known as "Spock" in the series.

Sutherland Shire Council Mayor Carol Provan, who openly campaigned against the show since production began earlier this year, thinks The Shire will be bland.
"Looking at what I saw it doesn't look like it will be a heartstopper," she said.
Ms Provan said she was surprised at the tame promotional ads being broadcast in the leadup to its premiere episode.
"I heard a rumour Shine had taken it to the executives at Channel 10 and they said 'take it away and make it more juicy'," she said.
The drinking ban comes after reports that bars and clubs in Cronulla were warned by police that if Shire episodes included vision of cast members intoxicated on their premises, the footage would be used to challenge their licences.
"All the bars here, we all know each other and talk to one another,[url=http://nikefreetilbud.hcslnet.com]nike free tilbud[/url], and everybody was initially interested then almost everybody pulled out," one licensee, who did not want to be named, said.
"We had the police talk to us about it, and they said to us if these people were in the venue and had too much to drink, they'd use the footage as evidence."
