Trend of the Moment: Mirrored Sunglasses Happy Monday all!! I hope your weekend was pleasant :)! I was busy this weekend on a few projects that I'm working on, as well as, starting the packing process for my birthday trip next week. these mirrored sunglasses I keep seeing.
I first saw these a while back on bloggers like Aimee Song from Song of Style(see 2nd pic) and Andy Torres from Style Scrapbook(see 3rd pic). My faves are the red, blue and black versions but there are also other color options like orange, pink, green and yellow to choose from. I would definitley pick a color that works with your skin tone. Also, if you're not sure which color to get you can always opt for the classic black or even a look for less style in the colored versions. I never invest too much into trends, they come and go, and my investments are usually saved for classics. However, I personally love these options as an update to shapes and styles we've seen over and over, so will try this trend out! Below, I posted some style inspirations found on pinterest today!

Pretty much everything I've purchased these past few months have been in the coral and turq family. I can't complain though, cause it's been working for me! Adding color where I normally would have went for a white, black or tan. Today for example, I'm wearing a lightweight coral tunic from Mango, with black skinnies, short khaki trench with black faux leather sleeves and leopard print loafers. Its comes in all these really cute sorbet colors, like the pink and yellow that you normally wouldn't find in jewelry.
Summer Print Inspiration via Stella Jean I don't think I even need to tell you why I'm in love with this designer collection! I first heard about Stella Jean while checking out fellow blogger Tiger Tem's site and immediately fell in love. I'm looking for dresses, cropped pants and tops in amazing prints like these. I'll start packing what I have and then fill in what I still need; I rather spend that extra money on things to do. The only things I really need for this trip is 2 more swimsuits and 2 dresses for when I go out. One outfit idea, I posted from Topshop the other day, is a definite dress option. It's been a while since I posted on here. In the past few months, I've been extremely busy with work, working on a new business venture AND helping plan for my brother's wedding later this year. I also have been contemplating how to move forward with this blog,[url=http://www.fcgeo.ca]Ugg Canada[/url], if I should continue, etc. because I haven't had the mental time to actually sit and write.
I did a bit of spring cleaning on some posts this week though, changed my layout and that has helped me feel inspired again. My main concern being that I wanted to make sure whatever I did put out on this blogsphere platform was relevant to both me and you.
In the next few weeks, I'm heading to Puerto Rico with friends to celebrate my 35th. I've been in an island state of mind since I booked this trip and am super excited, but haven't started shopping yet!! I've been more focused on working out and eating right but lately with all the new patterns and colors I see online and in stores, I'm ready to finally shop. Plus, I lost some weight so that's always a good reason to buy something new :)!!
My main goal for any island trip is just hitting the beach everyday, laying in the sun and just having fun! I'll keep you guys posted on what my picks for this trip will be in the next week! Enjoy your day :)!
